Permanent Jewelry Policies
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry once you leave your appointment. Please handle your jewelry with care.
• Rewelds are covered within the first 60 days if the jewelry breaks at the weld point. Proof of purchase is required.
• All sales are final once chains have been cut and welded onto the person. No refunds or exchanges.
Additional Considerations:
• If your chain snaps, stretches, or is damaged outside of the weld point, a new chain will need to be purchased.
• If you need your jewelry removed for medical procedures (e.g., MRIs or surgeries), we recommend following the instructions given to remove the jewelry. We are happy to reweld it at no charge once your procedure is complete.
Piercing Policies
• You must be at least 18 years old for nose piercings and 5 years old for ear piercings (with parent and notarized form). A valid ID is required.
• All piercings are final. No refunds once the service has been completed.
• We use sterile, single-use needles and high-quality jewelry to ensure a safe and professional piercing experience.
• Aftercare is the client’s responsibility. We provide detailed instructions, but we are not liable for improper healing due to aftercare neglect.
• If you experience an issue with your piercing, please reach out to us within the first 30 days for guidance.
Trucker Hat & Charm Bar Policies
• All custom hats and charm additions are final sale. No refunds or exchanges after your design is selected and pressed.
• Please double-check spelling and design choices before finalizing—we are not responsible for errors once pressed.
• Group event participants must arrive on time to ensure everyone gets their custom piece made during the scheduled time.
Deposits, Cancellations & No-Show Policy
• A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your final total.
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a deposit refund or can be applied to a rescheduled appointment.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment (one-time courtesy reschedule).
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will result in a forfeited deposit.
General Terms
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior, disrespect, or violation of our policies.
• LIT & LYNKED is not responsible for allergic reactions to jewelry materials. If you have known sensitivities, please inquire about material options before booking.
