Permanent Jewelry, Trucker Hat Bar, & Charm Bar Appointments:
• A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount does vary depending on the service being booked. This deposit will be applied to your final total.
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a deposit refund or can be applied to a rescheduled appointment.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment (one-time courtesy reschedule).
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will result in a forfeited deposit.
Piercing Appointments:
• A $40-60 deposit is required to book. This will be taken off the piercing service fee once your appointment is complete.
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to retain your deposit.
• Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a forfeited deposit due to limited appointment availability.
• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may need to reschedule, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Private & Group Event Bookings:
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure private events.
• Reschedules are allowed up to 7 days before the event (one-time courtesy reschedule).
• Cancellations within 7 days of the event will result in a forfeited deposit.
Exceptions & Policy Terms:
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you.
